Our Managed Services division aims to deliver an operational simplicity for technology in a venue. Our offering is inclusive and flexible, providing PTI Managed Services clients a fully wrapped, seven days a week service to reflect the nature of sports and entertainment businesses.

From a classic IT perspective, our Managed Services partnership with ITEC Group allows us to deliver 7am – 7pm, seven days a week as starting point going up to 24/7 as required. The technology stack at a sports or entertainment venue is vastly different to a corporate environment; access control, ticketing, hospitality, IPTV, etc. and the PTI and ITEC group skills matrix can deliver on these through a wrapped 1st – 3rd line engineering offer to prevent hidden costs.

From a digital perspective, PTI Managed Services offer a range of solutions to cope with match / event day deliverables; from IPTV to perimeter LED through large format screens. Take the load away from the internal team and deliver match days with ease through industry experts.

Combining with PTI Media and Advertising, our offering can also assist in the sales that drive commercial return on these match / event day deliverables.

We provide an inclusive and flexible managed service offering that provides you with a fully wrapped, seven days a week, service to reflect the nature of sports and entertainment businesses.

Our offering is the best fit for the client because we understand sports and entertainment intuitively. Therefore, we don’t charge you extra for operating outside of Monday – Friday 9am-5pm like most MSPs. We understand your peak times and evenings and weekends and these are included in your default costs.

We operate 7x7x7 to provide seven day a week coverage without the significant expense of a 24/7 service desk (7am – 7pm, seven days a week for clarity). The 7pm finish means your stadium will already be open to the public for any evening fixture – providing cover at a critical time at no extra charge.

We understand the setup of stadiums and venues and the nuance technology that exists – access control, IPTV and broadcast capabilities as examples. We support these for one fixed cost, avoiding expensive professional services charges from other MSPs.

We provide match day / event day cover as you require on a flexible basis; every game, some games, no games – just bolt on your needs.

When combined with our CTOaaS offering we provide a full technology management service:

  • C-Suite executive for strategy, management reporting and budgetary writing / control
  • On site engineers for delivery in the day to day and supporting your match / event day as needed
  • Remote helpdesk service for those mundane tasks – password resets etc

Providing a flexible and inclusive service suite, we can provide expertise to setup an installation to the scheduling of content, management of match / event day operations through to post match / event analytics.

We start with your outcomes in mind; fan / customer engagement blended with commercial return. A better AV experience can link to direct commercial return whilst also meeting and enhancing fan / customer expectations.
